YOUTH FITNESS

Youth Fitness Training is a must.   It prepares them for sports in school and life in general.   Relying less on weights but more on bodyweight exercises and drills is the key.   As they progress, weights, and more advanced exercises such as squats are added into the program, but first the foundation must be layed with simpler exercises.
