What's it all about

Unlike bodybuilding, where the main focus is on muscular size, the strength athlete is focused on sports performance at the maximum level.   Without a proper diet, consistant habits and motivation the strength athlete will fail.   This is where the Strength and Conditioning Coach comes in.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach can help to motivate the athlete.   Additionally, they will ensure that the athlete is getting the proper diet for their needs, and last but not least provide proper structure and training techniques to ensure the athlete is prepared for competition.   I am a Master Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach that has been training others for over 26 years now.   I can help you reach your strength training goals.
